Detailed Itinerary

Day 01

ISLAMABAD

Arrival in Islamabad. Meet and greet at the airport, sightseeing of Islamabad and Rawalpindi (time permitting). Overnight stay in Islamabad.

Day 02

ISLAMABAD – CHILAS

Scenic drive along the Karakoram Highway beside the Indus River. Overnight stay in Chilas or Naran (season dependent).

Day 03

CHILAS – HUNZA VALLEY

Continue to Hunza with photo stops at Nanga Parbat View Point and the Junction Point of Three Great Mountain Ranges. Overnight in Karimabad.

Day 04

EXPLORE HUNZA VALLEY

Visit Baltit Fort, Altit Fort, and local villages surrounded by fruit orchards. Enjoy sunset views from Eagle’s Nest. Overnight in Karimabad.

Day 05

EXCURSION TO KHUNJERAB PASS

Full-day trip along the Karakoram Highway to Khunjerab National Park and the China border. Return to Hunza by evening. Overnight in Karimabad.

Day 06

HUNZA – GILGIT – PHANDER

Travel through the Ghizer Valley, stopping at Gahkuch and mountain viewpoints. Overnight at Phander Lake, known for its mirror-like waters.

Day 07

PHANDER – SHANDUR PASS – MASTUJ

Cross the scenic Shandur Pass (3,700m), known as the world’s highest polo ground. Overnight in Mastuj.

Day 08

MASTUJ – CHITRAL

Drive through the Upper Chitral region with spectacular views of Tirich Mir (7,708m). Visit the old fort and bazaar in Chitral. Overnight in Chitral.

Day 09

CHITRAL – KALASH VALLEY

Drive to Bumburet or Rumbur Valley to experience the unique culture of the Kalash people. Explore villages and local shrines. Overnight in Kalash Valley.

Day 10

KALASH – CHITRAL

Spend the morning exploring Kalash villages, then return to Chitral. Optional visit to Garam Chashma Hot Springs. Overnight in Chitral.

Day 11

CHITRAL – DIR / SWAT

Scenic drive over Lowari Tunnel (or Pass if open), connecting Chitral to the Swat region. Overnight in Dir or Swat.

Day 12

SWAT – ISLAMABAD

Return to Islamabad, stopping for photography and tea breaks. Farewell dinner and end of the tour.
