General Booking Information

đź§ł What to Bring

Lavender Treks Pakistan (LTP) provides all accommodations, meals, and transport services as specified in your selected tour itinerary. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated in advance.

For trekking and climbing expeditions, participants are responsible for bringing their own:

  • Personal trekking equipment
  • Appropriate high-altitude clothing
  • Personal medical and hygiene supplies

Upon confirmation of your reservation and deposit, you will receive a comprehensive packing list tailored to your selected itinerary and altitude zone.

âś… Booking Confirmation

To secure your reservation:

  • Submit a completed registration form via email or fax
  • Include a non-refundable deposit of $100 USD (certified cheque, money order, or cash)

Final payment is due no later than 8 weeks before the tour’s start date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

A confirmation notice and detailed pre-departure packet will be issued upon receipt of payment.

❌ Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email, fax, or post). Refunds are issued as follows:

  • Before final payment: Subject to a $50 USD processing fee.
  • 30+ days prior to departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of total tour cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: No refund available.

If you wish to reschedule your trip or switch to another tour, LTP will gladly transfer your deposit (minus the $50 USD fee), subject to availability.

Please note: No refunds will be provided for unused services during the trip (e.g., meals, transportation, accommodations, etc.).

🙋 Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Obtain adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and personal liability.
  • Arrange valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other required travel documents prior to departure.
  • Be in good physical health and capable of participating in physically demanding activities.

LTP reserves the right to decline or cancel a participant’s booking if:

  • Proof of sufficient insurance coverage is not provided
  • A participant’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others

During the tour, participants must follow the instructions of the designated tour leader at all times, especially concerning safety, logistics, and group conduct.

⚠️ Limitations & Liabilities

While LTP strives to deliver exceptional and safe travel experiences, participants must acknowledge and accept that adventure travel carries inherent risks.

LTP is not liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Delays or disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, flight cancellations, civil unrest, or political events

LTP reserves the right to alter, substitute, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes may occur without prior notice and are made in the interest of participant safety and logistical feasibility.

By signing the LTP booking form, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
